My greatest passion in life is music, both listening and playing. I have been teaching privately for over 20 years and it has brought me so much joy and pleasure to be able to teach music which I love so much.
The reason I love teaching and the motivation behind my teaching is to inspire, encourage and help my students to develop and create their own musical journey; helping them to discover a style that they are interested in and that suits them, and helping them to grow as a musician and develop their skills. Although exams are important I believe very strongly that my students should learn to play pieces that they enjoy and that motivate them to be better musicians.
I am fully DBS checked, and hold public liability insurance.
